Travel dreams + purpose + storytelling

Gently-led tours for conscious travel

Here is your opportunity to travel the way you have always wanted to; with a few like-minded people, embarking on a meaningful journey that blends exploration with storytelling.  Each day will unfold with authentic experiences, weaving together cultural exchanges and impactful stories.

Bring long-forgotten dreams to life - Today!

For millennia, stories shared around a fire have been vital conduits for lineage, wisdom, and identity. This trip presents a deeply immersive storytelling experience that blends cultural exchange, personal narrative development, and meaningful community engagement.  In partnership with the Ghanaian nonprofit organization Friends of Adaklu, you will spend two transformational weeks learning the foundations of West African storytelling, teaching across generations to voice their own stories, while cultivating your own storytelling voice based on this incredible experience.

In 2026, this small group journey with CampfireTales and Today is My Someday Travel combines storytelling in a traditional Ghanaian village, exploring Ghana, and growing as a storyteller yourself. If you have ever dreamed of creating a story directly due to unique experiences you have chosen, growing your storytelling skills and material but have held back waiting for 'someday', that someday is today!

Potential Details for the 2026 tour:
